Our team is what makes Wiseman Finance different. We only recruit people who match our customer care values. Our team is genuinely passionate about getting the best outcome for our clients.
We’re also experts at what we do, between us we have over 25 years of financial services experience. But that doesn’t mean we’ll baffle you with financial jargon – we like to keep it simple.
We work hard to make finance sourcing easy and strive to get you the best possible deal.
Alana supports our sales team and clients throughout the deal process. She has strong customer relationship management skills and is dedicated to providing the best possible solutions for both new and existing clients. Prior to joining Wiseman Finance, Alana, has worked in various customer service related roles within the Finance industry. When not working, Alana enjoys keeping fit and is an avid Kickboxing and Yoga fan.
Amelia works closely with our sales team, ensuring the smooth delivery of deals for our clients. Amelia’s background has always been in sales administration and she enjoys building strong relationships with our clients. In her spare time Amelia loves to spend time with family and friends. She is a keen foodie and enjoys visiting country pubs.
Holli is responsible for supervising our sales team and working alongside our suppliers and brokers to secure the best deals for our clients. Holli is able to draw on over 5 years of experience in sales and customer service. She has a wealth of knowledge in asset finance and uses this to develop long standing relationships with our customers.
Outside of work Holli enjoys spending time on countryside walks with her dog, Lola.
Lee founded Wiseman Finance in 2017 and is responsible for the overall running of the business. He plays a key role in managing our clients and works closely with our suppliers. Previously working at Shawbrook Bank and Anglo Irish Asset Finance, Lee has a great deal of knowledge of the Finance industry, with a particular focus on business finance. Outside of work Lee enjoys writing and playing music in his band and is a keen cook.
Lou is responsible for looking after our administration team. She works closely with existing client accounts, sourcing the best deals for them and ensuring they receive a high level of customer care. Lou has over 12 years experience in managerial and customer service roles within the financial industry.
When not working for Wiseman Finance, Lou is actively involved in fundraising for a local charity called Jane’s Wish where she holds the position of Trustee.
Naomi manages and oversees our sales team. She is responsible for onboarding new clients and sourcing the best financial deals for them. Naomi has a wealth of knowledge of the finance industry and enjoys building strong relationships with our clients.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys keeping her mind, body and spirit healthy through exercise and personal development. She also takes a lot of pleasure from taking care and supporting her family.
Nicola looks after all things marketing for Wiseman Finance. She is responsible for managing the website and social media, through to organising events and marketing literature. Nicola has over 14 years experience in marketing and has worked in various different industries. In her spare time Nicola enjoys the outdoors, gigs and travelling.
